Pricing: Single class passes range from $24-$28/class. 30 day class package options begin at $66. All packages will be revealed when you book your first class before you check out. If you are a NEW Client, be sure to ask about SOUL GOLD after your first class!
New to Pole? If you have never taken pole before, this is YOUR class. We love beginners and teaching the foundational basics so you will be fully prepared for our Pole Level 1 class. Get ready to climb, spin and even try a trick or two. We kindly ask that all new pole friends take at least 3 of this Intro class before trying Pole Level 1 or Level 1+. What to wear? Short Shorts & a tank top work best… you need skin on the pole to stick to the pole. Everyone is welcome and NO experience or upper body strength required. Come as you are!
Pole Level I & Level I+— After you take Intro to Pole or if you have already had some pole experience, the you are ready for Pole Level 1 and Pole Level 1+. Classes at this level will incorporate floor work, dance, spinning moves, static upright poses, basic climbs and conditioning to prepare for inversions. There is no inverting at this level when the student’s entire body is on the pole. Classes may use both spinning and static poles.
Pole Level II/III— Classes at this level will incorporate inversions from the ground, descending inversions, climb variations, intermediate spins, and floor work combinations. The student’s body will maintain 3 points of contact with the pole while inverted. Classes will build on transitional fluidity as well as preparations for more advanced spins and pole dismounts. Classes may use both spin and static poles.

New to Aerial arts? If you have never taken silks or lyra before, this is YOUR class. We love beginners and teaching the foundational basics so you will be fully prepared for our Silks Level 1 or Lyra Level 1 class. We kindly ask that all new aerial friends take at least 3 of this Intro class before trying Silks or Lyra Level 1. Classes will alternate each week between Silks or Lyra. It’s a great way to get your feet wet with our two most popular aerial styles at SOUL!
Lyra is designed to work on various techniques to enter and exit the hoop along with conditioning exercises. Classes will build strength, showcase flexibility and teach flips, turns, rolls, and transitions. Classes will progress into fluid choreographed sequences. We kindly ask that all new Lyra friends take Intro to Aerials at least 3 times before taking this class.
Come join this class and gain the flexibility, body awareness, strength and conditioning! Aerialists need upper body strength and this program is specifically designed with to increase the stamina needed to work in aerial equipment. Using the lyra to help increase your overall body conditioning and flexibility, you will see the results you are looking for in this amazing fitness class! This class is currently on hold and we hope to have it back on the schedule when covid-19 parameters open up our schedule a little more.

If you have taken more than 10 – 15 aerial classes, have aerial experience and are ready to work independently with guidance from one of our amazing instructors, then you are going to love this class. Get ready to explore “all the things”… corde lisse, aerial frame, static and dance trapeze and sling. We will see you on our aerial playground!
One of the most popular classes at SOUL, so book early! Silks will work with 2 pieces of hanging fabric. Students will learn basic silks conditioning, how to climb and descend the silks safely, single foot locks with beginner poses, tricks and spins. This class is perfect for beginners after they have taken Intro to Aerials at least 3 times.
Silks Level 2 is perfect for the experienced Silks aerialist. Students continue with conditioning, advanced tricks, and choreography. This class is for those with silks experience of at least 1 year or with permission from instructor.
Ready to heat up your night? This beginner chair dance with hip hop and heels inspired class will be sure to tap into your inner siren. This class will have a great energetic warm up with a hot piece of choreography to finish off the class. Bring your favorite pair of heels (however not required) exclusive dance class!
Get ready to work on long lean legs, extension, flexibility and tone and tighten those muscles! Ballet Barre is for anyone looking to lengthen their body through a full body workout, which is slow and controlled working muscles you didn’t know existed. Feel stronger, longer and goregeous after this workout!
Ballet is the foundation of dance technique. Whether you are a former ballerina, took ballet when you were a child or just want to try it, this ballet class will leave you feeling graceful & strong. We will explore a full ballet barre, terminology and center work that will be perfect for all skill levels. Ballet shoes may be ordered at the studio if needed.
