Party time!

What Does a Party Include?

The package includes the studio rental for you and your guests and the instructor(s) for your selected party. You are welcome to bring anything you like to the studio, however past experience has taught us that most people are too busy dancing to enjoy food and beverages. All parties begin at the start time of your reservation with a 30 minute built in registration time and meet & greet. After the registration is complete, we will head into the studio for your class! All parties offer a warm up, class time and cool down along with time for photos and videos of your group.

Deposit: $100 Non-refundable deposit is required to hold your desired date and time. Parties booked within the 7 day period of date requested will have to be paid in full. Your deposit is applied to the balance of the total cost of the party. Cost of the party is determined by the number of guests in attendance on the day of the party. ALL guests, including spectators are included in the total cost. We require 48 hour notice for party cancellations. Absolutely NO Refunds due to cancellation, studio credit only, credit expires 3 months from original purchase date (merchandise excluded). Deposits may be applied to an alternative date, provided with 48 hours notice. No-Shows for parties will forfeit their deposit and be charged the amount of booked guests. Once your deposit is placed, it is an agreement to these payment terms.

Minimum: 6 person minimum or parties with less must pay flat rate party fee.

How To Book? Pick your day & time, Reserve your party with $100 deposit. Deposit is applied towards final cost of the party.

Additional Fees:
Rescheduling Fees: There will be an additional $100 rescheduling fee for parties rescheduled within 48 hours of the original party date. The rescheduling fee is not applied to the balance of the party nor is it refundable. Any party not started within 30 minutes of the agreed start time will be shortened without refund or need to be rescheduled, and will be subject to the rescheduling fee as well.

Studio Party Policies & Terms of Service:
- Soul Aerial & Performing Arts will help organize everything for your special event including sending you a confirmation email that outlines all the details of your party (directions to the studio, what to wear, what to bring, payment details, etc.). This valuable information alleviates the anxiety associated with planning for the party, since you can just forward the confirmation email to the rest of the group! All you have to do is show up, ready to party! Feel free to bring your cameras for these events and share your photos with #soulaerial. Your instructor will be happy to teach you the best poses for your pictures and take a group picture.

- Final payment is due on the day of the party before the event starts and is based on the number of guests attending – whether actively participating or not. In order to maximize your party time, we ask that one person be in charge of collecting the monies ahead of time or that one card be charged. - We can only accept cash or 1 credit card for payment.

- The studio is reserved for 90-minute or 120 minute period based on your selection of party. The party will end at the designated time regardless of late arrivals. We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your reserved time.

- If you are planning on bringing food or non-alcoholic beverages, you are allowed to use our common areas with your group. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be added to your total party cost. Food and drinks (except for water) are not allowed inside the dance studio.

- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your party will be shortened, without refund or it will need to be rescheduled for an additional $100.

- No shows will forfeit their deposit and your card on file will be charged the FULL Amount of the party. No Exceptions! No Refunds! No Shows may not reschedule their party and are responsible for the full cost of the party. - Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded their money. You will be charged the full amount for the party and may not reschedule. No exceptions.

- Video taping of the entire lesson is prohibited.

- Spectators are allowed and must be a paying guest. They will count for your number of party guests.

Need time to get ready after your party? ….. We have a beautiful dance studio with full length mirrors to change. Parties wishing to get ready before an evening out on the town are required to notify the studio prior to your party so we can stop early so you will have time to change. Your party is a reserved time for you and your guests so we cannot add on time at the end. Should you need additional time, we will charge you a flat fee of $50 for 15 minutes extra time or $100 for 30 minutes additional time to get ready. Your party should be ready to leave the studio at the end of your party. Any additional time used with or without alerting our front desk will be charged this fee regardless.

What Should I Wear?

FOR POLE PARTIES:We recommend booty shorts and a top (tank top, sports bra, sexy top of your choice, whatever you feel good wearing! You may bring heels or go barefoot. Street shoes are not allowed in the dance studios. No jewelry on hands or wrists as it could cause damage to our apparatus and you will be held responsible.

FOR FABRIC & HOOP: We ask that you wear yoga pants or leggings to protect the back of your knees. You will want to cover your body to avoid “burns” from fabric or hoop rubbing into your skin.
